How to update / restore your iPhone/iPod using the downloaded IPSW file:Ģ. – Resolves an issue authenticating with some enterprise web services – Fixes image flicker when using Apple Digital AV Adapter with some TVs – Resolves bugs related to activating and connecting to some cellular networks I'm sure I could do a clean install on that drive but i JUST finished re-building my itunes library (96gigs worth).– Fixes an occasional graphics glitch on iPod touch (4th generation) I can't uninstall itunes in that windows Instance. My problem is that I do not have a PS2 mouse input. Even my audio doesn't work.which is weird because that isn't even usb. I updated the BIOS to 73 but that didn't help either. I can get in there with a PS2 keyboard and tried to raise the ICH voltage but no help. I can't get my USB keyboard to work to get into BIOS. The other is my legacy installation on my RAID array. One on a Corsair SSD that I switched to for my OS in Feb. After trying to restore an iphone, all of my USB ports stopped working completely. I know this sounds VERY retarded, but it actually is true. but if u do have another USB peripheral connected and it dosnt have the latest drivers and is something like a phone, because it dosnt have all of its software (for example, modem software) installed, it could scramble the USB ports for some retarded reason. Mb u dont have/use an iPhone/iPod/iPad/etc. I had to install the latest iTunes or uninstall it completely in order to solve this issue. They kept turning on and off, also (just like in your case) i couldnt get it to recognize my mouse and keyboard again, only after a hard reset. I had the same problems but with an ASUS mobo, turns out, they were caused by my iPhone, which when connected, because i didnt have the latest iTunes, kept screwing with the USB ports (dont ask me why).
